These days, your ability to produce top quality content is the key to your SEO success. But generating content for your internet marketing activities can be one of the most daunting tasks that you undertake. The good news is that you don’t have to be the one to write the content yourself. You can outsource the writing to the experts or use content writing software to do it. Below are some top websites where you can get experts to write content for your blog, for guest posting and for SEO purposes very cheaply.

Top 3 Content Writing Sites

  • Iwriter.com: IWriter is the world's first and only service created solely to facilitate the process of hiring someone to write articles for you, at a price that simply cannot be beaten. This is my favourite place for writing all my content. You simply top up your account and pay per article written. You can get 150 words article written for $1.25.
  • Textbroker.com: Whether you need blog posts, product descriptions, or technical content, Textbroker authors provide unique content that will capture your users’ attention and increase your search engine ranking. Their easy to use workflow tools allow companies to track communications and assets across multiple projects. If needed, their in-house staff of experts are available to provide editorial support for any type of content.

Top Content Re-Writing & Spinning Tools

Article spinning is not my favourite cup of tea. I am not a big fan of them and I don’t always advice using them for writing guest posts or content for your blog but they have their place when it comes to SEO and ranking your websites. Most of the tools above either have their own in-built content spinner or they rely on third party spinners to work well.

For spinners to be very effective, DON'T use the auto spinning mode. You should combine manual spinning with auto spinning. This means you have to manually first build your article by carefully selecting the appropriate words from their list of suggested synonyms or adding your own words. If you build your article this way, the spun results will be great. But if you use the auto spinning function of the spinners, no matter how good the spinner is, it can never read 100% perfect.

My suggestion is that when producing content, always produce top quality content that people will enjoy reading and sharing. That way you will get quality backlinks to your website and get your pages ranked. But if you use software to build backlinks, you'll need 100's if not thousands of articles to be effective. In that case, the spinning software below will become very useful.

Top 11 Free & Paid Content Re-writing Software

  • Spinrewriter.com: Spinrewriter is one of the best spinner out there and actually this is the one I use and I have been using it since when it first launched and I never seize to amaze me with the improvement they have made to the software over time. • Thebestspinner.com: Thebestspinner has been around for a very long time and I still have my copy of the tool till date. In fact, I use both Spinrewriter and thebestspinner and I love the way both work. However, if I am to choose between the two I would go with the spinrewriter. The price is $47 per year.
  • Chimprewriter.com: Chimp Rewriter is a very powerful re-writer which can quickly turn your existing content into hundreds of unique versions in an instant. Pricing is $69 per year or $139 lifetime. Note that these prices were offers as at the time of writing this article. So check on site for current pricing.

I’ve been using the Google Keyword Planner for a long time and I consider it one of the best free keyword tools out there. Never heard of keyword shitter (that name cracks me up:)). Answer the public seems like something I will be using a lot from now on. Keyword canine and SEnuke XCr are already on my to get list. Have you used SEnuke XCr? Does it work well from your experience? I’m just looking for another opinion before I get this.

  • That’s a fantastic ist, Jeff! Might I also recommend SBI! for WP for Keyword Research to really help come up with *new* keywords, as well as monitor them over time. I’ve found it far easier to use than Google Keyword Planner. (http://owl.li/TAG5R)

  • Adeel Zahoor

bingooo… what a fantastic article it is. very great and useful resources of tools i find. its definitely helpful to optimized my website thanks to share.

  • Evan Nelson

For some reason I never tried using Spin rewriter although I heard good things about it. Maybe I will give it a go. Been sticking with the best spinner for some time now but I am opened to others as well so spin rewriter sounds good. The best spinner seems to be the most pushed product in this category but I’m not sure it’s still the best at this. I work pretty much with spinners and like to get a 95% unique rate on all my articles. While TBS can do this it does take some time to get there. If I could speed things up a bit…

  • Jim Trujillo

Thanks a lot! I am creating some websites with templates for WordPress from http://www.templatemonster.com and this SEO checklist will be very helpful. I want to launch my website so bad 🙂

  • Mark Stein

Great article, I’m very impressed! I think that it’s definitely worth it to pay for an SEO training course and not just do free ones. HTA is a great place to get started.

  • Amanda Sanders

I didn’t realize the importance of tracking your website’s ranking. I thought that once you had your keywords and back-linking then you were good to go. I guess it makes sense so that you can understand what’s going on behind the scenes.

    • You are correct. Tracking is the hub of good marketing

  • Jeremy Hines

Dude, these are great tips! Not only will these help anyone with SEO, but also following these steps will help your website rank really fast! Glad you have the whole webmaster’s tools section. Those tools are gold.

  • Sarah S

Thanks for offering this great resource to us. I didn’t realize that search engine rules change often. It’s good to have those links to a few search engine news and resource sites so that I’m able to keep up!

  • Jay Morgan

What’s you general opinion of Indexing services? I have heard mixed opinions about this procedure, some saying it’s a bad way to let search engines know about you while others swear it works very well and there’s no downsides to it. I remember reading somewhere that it’s better to focus on the content of the site and just let Google and other search engines do their thing and find you without using any indexing service. Waiting for G to find you does take a bit more time but the question is which option is better/safer?

    • Jay, in my opinion, indexing services are not needed for your website. Just create your pages and let Google discover them and they will. However, when you are building links out there in thousands, Google is only going to discover just a handful of them. So in this case, indexing becomes recommended to help you push all those links to the knowledge of Google. Hope this makes sense.

  • Kinley

I’m quite inexperienced in the social media area so I don’t know any of the tools you talked about in this post. After a short look around BuzzSumo looks interesting. I want to start a news site in a certain niche and I feel this could help. I know you don’t have all the details (and I don’t want to give my niche away) but could you steer me towards the best link building tool for me? Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • Now that’s some nice lists 🙂

You forget to add http://homeofseo.com/seo-shop/ on the list where you Buy SEO.

  • Hey Jeff! Thanks for mentioning SEMrush in your Top 12 Domain Metrics list! I use several of the tools you mention here including Yoast SEO for the SEMrush blog. Super useful! Ahref’s batch analysis tool is great to create a quick report on how well your blog posts are doing too.

I wanted to let you know that SEMrush has added a few new tools that people may be interested in – Social Media analysis tool and a new tool called SEO ideas which provides a basic overview of websites and what could be fixed.

    • Thanks a lot Kathleen for letting me know this. If you want you can drop the link here so that other people are able to see it too. If there’s any other thing you would like my help with, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks

      • You’re welcome! I’ll be sure to reach out. Perhaps a blog post for SEMrush? Let me know.

As for our social media tool, it will be within our project platform under the tool section. and more information about SEO ideas can be found here: http://www.semrush.com/manual/seo-ideas-set-up/

        • I would definitely love a guest post on SEMrush. Which area would you like me to focus on? SEO or general marketing? Thanks

          • Feel free to contact me at kathleen.burns@semrush.com to discuss post ideas! We would love to see something on SEO – perhaps on how mobile apps use SEO in app stores or their landing pages? 🙂

  • Hey Jeff – incredible list, and thanks for mentioning us! We truly appreciate it 🙂

  • Really nice list.. bookmarked. Some new ones in there Ill be taking a look at!
